pathetic service with sell direct

I upgraded my contract with sell direct a month ago and right up till now I haven't received the phone and did not get any response from them. I have been calling them about 10 times in a day everyday for the past 3 weeks and they just never answer. I called 8ta direct they tell me that they cannot do anything about it cause sell direct is handling it. I'm a business man and I need the phone for my business. If I do not get any response from them in the next 24hrs I'm taking it further.
