PATHETIC SERVICE

Sell direct called me with an offer for a Telkom data card. 5GB day and 5GB night for R59. I took up that offer. The agent called Selina then offered me a power bank and Bluetooth speaker for R150 each since I took this offer. I also accepted that. According to her, she put through the order and included those 2 items. When it went to verification or confirmation department, apparently those 2 items where left out and I only had the data sim card delivered to me. I wanted the 2 items delivered to me thereafter but I was told by Selina that it cannot be so. I need to take another data sim card cos it's a package deal. What am I going to do with 2 data sim cards. When I called to speak to the team leader, I was advised by Selina that he is on a call and will call me back. I waited 45 minutes and no call. I phoned again and asked to speak to the sales manager and I was told by another agent that she will email the manager to call me. No call once again. Absolutely pathetic service. When they call you to take an offer they are so sweet and helpful over the phone but once the offer has been taken up then they give a damn. Pathetic service and I will never ever deal with that company again.
