Pathetic after sale service

I've trying for 2 days now to contact Sell Direct Offices. Nobody answers any of the phone numbers that I've got. I have a huge problem with my sim card and I cannot get any assistance from Sell Direct. I need to do a sim swop, the nearest town to us is 240km and I need to get a new sim as soon as possible. Sell Direct is quick to do contracts but their after sales service is pathetic!
