Ordered but never received product
<p>I was called by Selldirect and was offered a sell contract. I would have received the phone between 10 and 12 working days. It has all past and I received nothing. I will not pay for something I did not receive. </p>

I spoke to two different people and repeated my details and you did my work confirmation twice. I have poor reception on Vodacom in the office and I am sure you could have reached me on my landline nr. My id is ***. I did not have any missed calls on my cellphone.

The fact that a Micheal phoned me from selldirect ********** 743 on the 7th July and offered me a cell contract and now you can't find me on your database tells me that someone is commiting ***** on your name. It can be the reason why your company have so many bad reviews. I hope you can get this person and stop him from offering phone contracts and giving you a bad name. Greetings Mariette
