Offer product but you`l never recieved

Selldirect <br> On the 6th November 2014 they offer me a cellphone contract that is R100 Airtime+1GB Data bundles at R141.00.<br> From November 2014 up to March 2015 they never activate the phone. When they activate on April 2015 its only R100 airtime NO DATA BUNDLES. I called them & asked about the data, after weeks they pull up records & they find out what i want is the packege they offer to me. in dispute section they said they are going to cancel the contract & send back my number on prepaid it was 7 April 2015, up to now no direction, but they are busy deducting my money in my account.<br> The last part they say i must stop calling them, but they are taking my money
