Not trustworthy

Call center called me to offer me a router and Telkom sim card contract for 24 months. I took the offer and they said after delivery the sim card will be active within 24 hours.24 hours passed and when I call the on ********** I cannot get through anymore. Called Telkom and they said the sim is not active and they unable to activate...... This is really bad and *************. I want to cancel the contact with they, I cannot have a contract with a company that lies
