Not Answering call and handset not received!!!

I phoned the *** number where to my amazement there was an answer , i spoke with the lady and she told me that someone would phone me back very soon , ive waited more than 24 hours already , my handset shouldve been here , now when i try to phone them , there is no answer , this is an contract upgrade of Telkom Mobile and is reflecting insanely bad on Telkom , this is one reason why im considering to cancell my contract with Telkom Mobile , Sell Direct is utterly useless and i never experienced such bad customer service ...
