NON ACTIVATION_SIM

I was lucky enough to contact them this morning to activate my sim card, which was done the minute I walked into the office. I waited as I got busy and guess what no activation, how long does this take guys? So I have been on the phone for the past hour, and still no answer, no matter option you chose when you contact them, there is no answer, if you guys are that busy employ more people or don't offer the promotions if you don't have the man power.
