No sim activation / No answering calls

My device was delivered on the 7th July 2015. After 3 days of battling to reach them, I finally got through to someone on Friday afternoon. My sim for the wifi was suppose to be activated by 5pm on Friday night the 10th July 2015. It is now Tuesday evening 7pm 14 July 2015. They don't answer the phones.<br> <br> I would just wish for someone to call me.<br> <br> If you can't service me I will gladly hand the device back to you.
