NO Sim activation
Received my cellphone after waiting 3 weeks after they had deducted from my bank account, now how much longer must I wait for them to activate my sim card. I eventually got hold of them after numerous and costly phone calls to their call centre and was told sim would be activated within 48 hours. Hahaha, what a sick joke! That was on Wednesday 8 July at 11h00, today us Saturday 11 July and still not done. I have been trying everyday to phone to ask whats happening, guess what, NO ANSWER!!! And ths is all costing ME a fortune in calls. All I can say is PATHETIC UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I also ordered a 7\ Tab at the same time and that has not been sent to me although I've also paid on 22 June. Shudder to think when I will receive it and for that sim card to be activated!"
