No service at all

I thought I'd drop a service request here since this is the only place you recognize when your customers talk to you.

I was sold a phone and a router, the router came a week after scheduled, the phone I was sold is apparently out of stock, how do you sell someone a device that is stock of stock, beats me.

One other very disturbing issue is that your line are always unavailable but my guess is that it is due to the poor to close to no service you have.

Cancel that phone that I had been sold, I don't see a need for it anymore.

I am sure other service providers will appreciate my money.
