NO RESPONSE - O/N ***

Sell Direct contacted me and lead me to believe that they were phoning from Telkom and proceeded to upgrade my internet service. I asked the young man to mail me confirmation of what he was saying and I was told they are not allowed to mail the customers confirmation of anything. I then discovered that I had been mislead / mis-informed, I have been trying for three days now to contact them, but no-one answers the phone numbers that they have advertised in order for me to get my internet on line. They also mislead me about the fees and the website does not exist, nor do they have e-mail addresses to contact them. I normally follow up on every call I get to ensure I am happy to deal with the company, but I was given incorrect information. I want them to contact me at ********** still today (Wednesday 29 November 2017) Thank you Liz Barry
