No response from call centre

I was called by sell direct marketing offering me a huawei router with a telkom contract which was delivered and connected but in less than 5 days the router stopped working , it only shows the charging green indicator and ever since I have been trying to get hold of sell direct with no success ,the call centre does not answer their phone.I'm very disappointed ,how can I pay for something that I can't use
