No response

I was contacted by Sell Direct to purchase a contract phone(Samsung j Ace) on the 9March16 and as agreed they debited a fee of R90 on the 10th and when i contacted them they said delivery will be made within 7working days.<br> I have contacted them several times with no response or feedback. Not even 1 of their agents or employees have bothered to give me feedback.<br> <br> I'm irritated because I've been waiting for this phone for so long and i'd like to get feedback from them or they must cancel the contract because i'm not going to pay for something I don't have.<br> <br> Thanks
