No refund as promised

I am really frustrated with the pathetic service from Sell direct. I was advised on my previous report that I my refund will be in my account on the morning of the 15th of March but it is the 17th and still no refund. Will I get refund or was that another lie like before. I want my refund in my account by the close of business today
