No Refund

<br> I called the Sell direct call centre to get my Refund of I have since been waiting for it from the 15th.<br> The lady who picked up a phone was very rude, she hang up on me or put me on mute whilst I was speaking to her. I need my refund back please, you had no right to debit my account from the first place as my application was unsuccessful, and in tired of hearing the same story - tomorrow , tomorrow please.
