No refund

This company called and sold me 2 cellphones on contract however i waited for the whole month for them to be delivered of which i was only told when calling that they were going to deliver after the subscription fee was deducted of which i was never advised of that i then on the 01 June 2015 cancelled the contact and asked for a refund and was advised it will be processed, on the 08 June 2015 when calling again i was advised my application was declined of which i don't know what application because i never app**** for anything, however the refund will be done today dated 15 June 2015, Its still not done and they don't answer their phone whenever you call. this is really irritating me, seems like i'm dealing with some **********. no one ever tells a better story.
