no feedback or answering of their calls

Sell Direct Marketing called me to offer me a telkom mobile data contract. we completed the application and all went well. They have tried to get a hold of me while I was not available I called them back and the phone just rang for exactly 18minutes and 49seconds with no answer the first time, second time for 30minutes... seems that thus was a bad decision... going onto day 4 since we agreed on the contract and it has not arrived and no communication has been given. Terrible service.... I would have rather went directly to the provider. I probably will not be accepting the package....
