No feedback on my phones delivery been over 10 day

Hi I received a call from phatekea abraham not too sure on the date between the 19th to the 21st of February for a cellular contract I was approved and offered 2 phones , I accepted and gave all my details including banking details and was told I would receive a call from the courier before they deliver now I been trying to call on the number she gave me *** no answer I have no clue on the delivery I don't even have the courier details or the way bill number to track my goods . This is unacceptable please fix asap I'm really disappointed thanks you can contact me via mail [Email Removed] or *** please thanks and please respond
