No feedback and delivery

why have phones when no one picks it up. for the past 3 days ive been trying to contact you and yet nothing... my contract was subsequintly cancelled by who I have no idea and was told that I will recieve my money back and I am still waiting<br> .. I recieved another call and against better judgement agreed to take another phone 2 weeks later and nothing.... selldirect so far has the worst service I have come accros I wpuld like my money back call me on ***
