No feed back on package change and delivery

I've been tolerant and patient but no feed back what's so ever , I had asked to please be contacted to see what other packages were available and to find out my delivery ? You guys call me at 7 am and then don't call again , please call me and get this issue sorted 9 am to 10am I'm free to talk please it's my final request , you have my money and I don't have no phones so you can do the math , this is not service . *** or ***
