No delivery we are on working day 7

I got a call on the 25th of September from Tamila Brink advising that i am due for a upgrade she then said that Selldirect works with Telkom and they have a special on a phone she pitched the special and i accepted she then said that it will take 5 to 7 working days for delivery but i will get a call before delivery. Today is day 7 i have tried to phone the *** number the whole day today after explaining what was going on the switchboard lady said she will get despatch to phone me back.
