No Delivery, Out Of Stock, No Answer

I ordered my new upgrade with Telkom Mobile. the lady from Sell Direct said she was from Telkom, when my order did not arrive within the delivery time frame i called telkom to find out when it will arrive only to find that i was dealing with Sell Direct. When Telkom put me through to Sell Direct, they told me that they did not have stock of my order and don't know when they will be receiving stock (the lady i dealt with said they do have stock) it is now two weeks later and yet they are still not calling me back to let me know the status of my order, when i try contacting them, the phones just ring and eventually either someone rejects the call or the call timeouts. <br> this is so frustrating.
