No contact sim inactive

Hi I have called your call centre number numerous times to activate the sim your phones just ring until it hangs up ***! I was offered a tablet with 500mb a month I was noted about the pro rata rate which I do not have problem with I have a problem with this sim u gave me being inactive the tablet is useless please contact me so that this can be activated I would like to know if the sim given will have a different cell number as well
