No Answer !!!

I have just seen some negative reviews on this site for the marketing company Sell Direct and now I clearly understand why. A week ago, a call centre agent by the name of Ashiq Wolmarans contacted me to sell me a WiFi contract in which they were very quick to ask for my banking details.now when i call them nobody answers. In order to activate my sim I need to call them, however this is not possible if nobody answers the damn phone. I also have a 5 day return policy but once again it is of no use if they are not answering my calls. How do I know if something is wrong if they aren't willing to assist me in activating my sim card. This service is really unacceptable.
