No activation and ambush marketing
I app**** for telkom wifi router online and they (selldirect)prentedent to be telkom yet service is too bad starting with they courier company (courierit)I have to fetch the parcel myself.I phone to activate my account evenue today it not actibated. I phone them several times to cancel my order I was threatened with legal action. Their legal department is rude.Reliazing Telkom special is sold out I requested them to activate my sim but it is not done

- All lines are activated within 72hrs of delivery, your package was delivered 17/11/17 and we made contact with you on 20/11/17 to activate your line,
- During the activation call you expressed unhappiness with the package break down, saying you were under the impression that the 10GB of Night Surfer data was for day usage. At this point activation was suspended until the call recordings could be evaluated and a resolution could be reached,
- You received a call back from the disputes department confirming that the correct package break down was given to you at point of sale, at this point you expressed that your issue all along was that activation was taking too long but you would carry on with the package,
- Your line was activated on 29/11/17
We have escalated your query with our processing department to assist with trouble shooting.
