My phone A3 doesnt want to charge

I recieved a phone from sell direct which now doesn't wanna charge received it in July been trying to call *** since last week no answer, and Telkom tells me its not their phone. I am stopping my debit order whats the use of me paying for something thats not working.<br> <br> Regards<br> Phindi
