On the 28/07/2023 a sales agent phoned me and said he's from Telkom and says Telkom saw that are am due for an upgrade and they are having specials for me. He said I can keep my current sim only contract with the benefits I have on it and get and 6G and 1000 minutes for telkom to telkom150 all net minutes of all network minutes added to my contract and I will only pay R1155 with R965 instalment and R190 for insurance also told me that they will use my previous insurance whereas she first said I must search the insurance on my own. we have the issue of the color , I was looking for any color but not black , at first they said they are not sure about the color suddenly she has got a nice color for me in their warehouse. i also told the lady that am looking for iPhone in the size of my husband's phone with 3 cameras, not the size of the small size like 13.

I asked that, what if after I opened the box and find that they were cheated on me, the lady take it very easy as you will phone courier to take the parcel back. So, I said yes, she further said there is something I need to accept on my phone in order for them to continue with the contract /something from the bank, I told her that I don't want this instalment to be deducted from my fnb Card I'll use Capitec but the lady lying to me she uses my bank particulars without my consent.

the device was delivered on the 02 August 2023 shortly after I opened the box I noticed that they cheated on me , I phoned back telling them that their courier guys are hear they must take back the phone to Sell direct , the guy who answered the phone refused as said they are going to perform their investigation upon the agreement and will phone after 72 hour which I believe that will be on the 05/08 but nothing up until I phoned them and I got a surprising answers.

The colored lady or white lady who answered the phone for enquiries was so rude today 08/08/2023 the time was after 09:00 also the white guy that I was referred and transferred to him was also very rude in a politely.

He told me that they are not going to help me on my complaint as I am already opened the box of a device I was so amazed because how can I see the phone inside the box without opening the box.

I told them they must give me the address I want to send back this phone I am not interested to it anymore. I further asked him to tell the whom I know to please phone me she said after an hour sine after 09:00 I could not get hold of them on *** / 7500.

I think in that company they are there to frustrate customers. I reported also elsewhere as I suspect ***** in this arrangement.

If you can interfere so that those guys from Sell Direct to come and collect their device as now am not interested anymore thank you.
