Money deducted no delivery!!!

I signed a contract for a 1 Gb smartinternet plan with a free Huawei Mediapad deal with Telkom. I was under the impression that this was a Telkom agent. I was told that I would receive this package in 3 - 5 days. It has been more than 5 days and I have not received the package. Telkom does not have any information of me purchasing this deal and that it must of been done through Selldirect. I have tried phoning Selldirect numerous time but they do not answer their phones. I see money has been taken off my account by selldirect on the 4th even though I have not received anything. What should I do if I cannot get hold of anyone?
