Misrepresentation and incorrect product

<p>I 1st spoke to an agent Mishqa from whom I purchased a product for R199 which was a Huawei P9 lite. I then spoke to Tasneem who was meant to confirm the purchase and she advised the contract was only R149 with an extra sim deal to the total of R199, I asked her to remove the sim deal cause I was only interested in the phone deal. However when I recieved my package I was highly disappointed to find a different phone which is a Huawei Y5ii and two simcards. Clearly there's been alot of miscommunication going on. I was contacted by a 3rd agent to confirm if i have received the package, I then informed him on the incorrect product and he advised someone will contact me to make arrangements to fetch the products and correct the deal which no one as bothered to do. I tried contact Sell Direct on numerous occasions there's been no answer on their contact number.</p>
