Misleading company not collecting their goods.

At the end of September, I was phoned by someone who pretended to be from Telkom. At no point did the person mention she is from Selldirect. Thinking that I was dealing with Telkom, I agreed to upgrade my Telkom contract. Early in October a modem and SIM card was delivered to me and only when I saw the paperwork did I realize that I had been deceived by Selldirect. I spoke to Selldirect the next day and requested them to come and collect their items (that are still sealed). I refused to pay for their collection fees as I never requested anything from Selldirect. The person said they will investigate and get back to me. It is now 3 weeks later and I have not heard a word from them again. None of their phone numbers seem to work.
