MISLEADING COMPANY - ARE NOT TELKOM
Yesterday, a gentleman contacted me from "Telkom" for a new contract. At NO POINT during the conversation did he mention that he was in fact from Sell-Direct. I signed up for the contract. We did some investigations this morning only to find that there have been numerous serious complaints about this company. We have been deceived, and looking at the other complaints, this can lead to serious issues. We only wanted to deal with Telkom directly. No other in-between company. These were false pretenses. We have not received the device into our possession yet, and have tried all morning to contact Sell-Direct to not even send the phone as we are cancelling with immediate effect!!! Do not bill us. We are not going through with the contract. We are cancelling less than 24 hours after the contract has been 'agreed" upon.
