Misleading
Few weeks back i got a call from Selldirect consultant named Shoshana for their Telkom products on special. She sold me a 7inch tablet(which i believed to be Samsung) and a Sony Xperia(E3). on delivery it's different story now, after they have debited from my bank account for both products i get delivered a (Huawei tablet) and later Sony Xperia E1, and they claim this is what i greet to. I know i didnt agree to these products especially the Xperia E1, when i requested their call that were recorded for my protection as they have claimed i was advised it's not their company policy to distribute such. i know i never ordered or agreed to these, why can't they give the recordings that i as a consumer have a right to. They refuse to bring my money back even though i didnt take/sign for the Xperia E1 as i didnt agree to it. Please can someone help me get my cash back for the Xp[eria E1
