Lying Sales Consutant

We were suckered into undertacking a Huawei Media Contract and after many many queries received the device on 16 March '15. Absolute silence thereafter !! We then received a call on 20 March '15 saying that the activation in order for us to then use the device and data will be done in 48 hours Max. Well no surprise a week later (168 Hours) and still NO ACTIVATION. As many other unsatisfied customers will agree, you cant phone them, the phone just rings,rings, rings and the dead, so the hell are we supposed to speak to somebody to get this sorted.<br> If this Sim is not active by Monday the device will be returned at no cost to myself and the debit order will be stopped...period.!!! Why do we have to battle like this !! Just provide a ****** service.
