<p>This is the 2nd or 3rd time since Febuary 2017 that I am on Hello Peter for the same issue.</p> <p>They sold me a contract I returned within 7 days they even sent out a courier to my house to collect the wifi router. I was told that they logged cancellation and logged a ticket to waive term fees. I was billed I contacted again they advised it takes 20 days. I have yet recieved another invoice. I contacted Telkom they informed me Sell Direct never sent the cancellation request through. So Sell direct is trying to **** me out of R3221.46 as that would be the amount they will be taking after the 24 Months contract is up. Please give my money back and cancel this as promised</p>
