Let's Get Better

Hi. This company seemingly does sales on behalf of telkom. They based in cape Town. The Tele consultants are extremely good at selling their product over the phone. But if you have a problem or wish to cancel the contract it is a nightmare. They refer you back to telkom and that in itself is another nightmare. When you phone sell direct you will encounter a voice recorded message. Gives you the whole blah blah blah and the tell you that you are second(2nd) in queue. Moments later it will inform you that you first (1st) in queue. Then you will sit and hold for response forever****erally). This company is bad news. I cannot understand why Telcom being such a giant in telecommunications does not monitor the shabby service sell direct provides. Ultimately it casts a negative on telkom. I guess we have all encountered this in recent times. Just a lack of commitment and incompetence by managers and staff all over. Let's do better people, you are serving humanity in whatever you do. Do it with pride.
