Is Sell Direct a ****

I was contacted by someone who said they were contacting me on behalf of Telkom. I eventually was persuaded to accept a package for a mifi router with 10 gigs for R99. I would never have accepted the deal if I had known he was not from Telkom. Defintely nit ftom a company called Sell Direct. Now I sit with a Telkom sim card and am unable to activate it as I've been trying for 2 full days to get through on ********** 500 and ********** 499. It's pathetic. The delivery note has no contact details on and there was also no invoice in the box. I have now seen many similar complaints. I don't want this anymore but how does one return it if they don't answer their phones.
