incorrect debits

I signed up for a contract from see direct thinking i was signing up with Telkom, the contract is 139 for 24 months, last month they double debitted my account because of 1 missed payment, i allowed the amount to go though this month, they have now sent a notiv=ce saying my account is due 347.00 , i cannot get hold of the company,
