Inadequate serive

<p>I have an enquiry regarding the delivery of a Telkom mobile upgrade cellphone.</p> <p> </p> <p>The device was dispatched on 15/12/2016. I provided my contact number to your agent for the courier guys to contact me when they are at the premises, which they failed to do.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon my follow up today 20/12/2016, after countless attempts to get through to an agent at sell direct, I spoke to a lady who informed me that she will ask the courrier company to contact me ASAP and that they will attempt to deliver again today.</p> <p>I have asked for the courrier's direct contact number which was refused. I am still awaiting their call.</p> <p>I have never received such inadequete service, I will not deal with this company again.</p>
