i received a handset and sim as part of a contract

I received a handset and sim as part of a deal OFFERED by SELLDIRECT when THEY CALLED ME! They took admin fees and had the handset delivered by 07/04/2015.. up until now they could not activate the sim card with no explanation and iv been passed between them and telkom mobile since 7th april! Today they have the nerve to call to arrange COLLECTION of the handset as I dont QUALIFY and im not supposed to have the handset! This is ridiculous and completely bizarre especially seeing as how SELLDIRECT called me to offer the contract! I definately wont let this slide! They can collect the handset but they cant sweep this under the mat
