I need to get connected on my new cell phone

I have received my new cell phone from Sell Direct Marketing on the 21.01.2016. I am still not connected to my service provider. I have no airtime and data which was promised too me. I cannot make any calls or receive. I have a cancer patient and need to be connect to contact the doctors.<br> <br> Mr. I Naidoo
