I need Action please........
They **** to me about my existing Telkom data contract and said it was a month to month, I can cancel it anytime. just because they wanted me to take another one. So now I have two contracts that I do not need. If I cancel, I will have to pay penalties. I reached out to Telkom with no help they directed me to sell direct, where i spoke to Randall Muller, a disputes officer. He sent me a call recording that clearly proves the sales agent misled me when peaching the sale. Randal did not address my concerns, he just said I must contact Telkom to cancel the contract. Now Randal is not responding to my emails. I asked him who is going to be liable to pay the cancellation fees. I’m very frustrated. I still have more than 20 months to pay for something that I do not use.
