1 whole month later and still I have heard absolutely nothing from sell direct regarding a contract I app**** for and the admin fee they took off my account, they don't answer their phones, they don't call back as they promise to, their call centre number just rings and then gets disconnected, I'm done listening to their stories! I WANT MY REFUND!!! or I WILL take legal action! 7-10 working days has turned into a MONTH?? this is ridiculous!

We have received feedback from Telkom this morning, Unfortunately your application was declined by Telkom,

Selldirect will honour the R90's refund which will be paid on the 15.07.2015
