I am still waiting for my handset device

Tried to get hold of sell-direct to activate my sim for the past 2 weeks but nobody is answering. I have signed up with them 2 weeks back and I haven`t receive my handset device but they said I will get it within 10 working days and I am still waiting. <br> There is a guy by the name of Gabriel Goodwill who was assisting me and after getting my bank details I am suddenly unable to get hold of him. Tried sending him e-mails but he`s not responding, he is nowhere to be found. I wonder when am I going to get my handset and get my sim activated.
