I am so angry and annoyed by Sell direct company

I am so angry and annoyed by Sell direct company I have received a call on the 9th Sept from Sell direct on behalf of Telkom for a 20G day and 20G night and portable router,I spoked to their consultant on the 11 the Sept I phoned their office because I saw Telkom deal of R199 for 30G and I needed that one,the receptionist said sales consultant will call me back call reference number ***9, I got a call back and was advised that offer is not available, I opted to continue with the 1st one,15th Sept courier delivered @17:00 SIM card was not working,next day I received a call from the consultation that they still need to Rica SIM to activate it,she became rude and dropped the phone, I decided to cancel contract I have phoned them sent them email for cancellations, I have sent box pictures as per their request,they have not come and collect them, I have been sending emails to Portia Calata and Randall Muller no feedback, I have been phoning them every day, their office said they will send a driver for pick up but they never did,Sell direct is providing BAD Customer service,WORST NIGHTMARE, I WILL ENSURE THAT I WARN MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY about this disgusting company with *********** staff
