Huawei P Smart Smartphone not working with goodle apps

Worts service, first of all, I thought I spoke to Telkom they never said they from SellDirect only sow when the phone was delivered to me its from them and not Telkom. I asked if my Huawei P Smart Smartphone can take google apps and they said yes. but when i received my phone I could not use google apps. I have phoned multiple times still waiting for someone to come back to me now they even let the first payment go off and the phone is useless to me.
