How long does it take to activate a cellphone?
I was called to upgrade and waited very long for the phone. Then it came and waited long again for you to phone me re activation. The person said it would be done same day, but three weeks later, still not activated. Can't get an answer when phoning *** or 7500. Meanwhile I can't give my son his new phone. Terrible service!!!
