Horror life experience

<p>sell direct! What have I entered myself into! I was called by an agent named Thomas and he sold me a wifi roater of which I wanted to think about. I now received the dam thing and Telkom has now billed me an additional R249 on top of my mobile contract. I haven't even open the dam thing! Thomas assured me the 15 gig is R199 pm. I haven't opened the package or activated the data for the roater.They don't answer their call or respond to their emails as I want to return it!! How does one deal with this??</p>
