HORRIBLE SERVICE - COME COLLECT YOUR PHONE

Dear Customer Service<br> <br> Just my luck, I decided to take up a contract with Telkom via Sell Direct not knowing it will be a BAD DECISION<br> <br> My phone took 2 weeks before it was delivered within 1-5 days as promised, <br> <br> Then when I finally got it as it was sold to me, it will be active, ITS NOT!!!!<br> <br> I have a 7 days cooling period which you can use to take back your phone because I dont do business with people who dont know customer service.<br> <br> I wil rather stay with my BB thank you<br> <br> your *** is forever ringing which only shows me that in future if I have any billing queries they will never be resolved
