Horrible Call Centre Agent

I received a call from an agent of yours (I didn't get his name) on a Altech/MTN campaign. I told the agent I'm not interested in changing my current phone package, and he proceeded to say 'Mr R, no need for being corky!' I tried to get an explanation of how I'm being corky but he hung up on me. <br> <br> Is this the kind of people you entrust to find you business?
